Ferose Mohammed, Guyana’s Home Affairs Minister says he wants to see Guyana’s security services infrastructure strengthened. The concluded Pan African conference is asking for total reparation - debt relief and monetary compensation for Africa and the Caribbean for the loss of people and production potential due to slavery and colonialism over the centuries put at an estimated figure of 100 thousand, million US dollars.
