Distance education for small countries
Abstract
This article argues that distance education holds considerable potential for small states, and that there are additional benefits where countries work together, as the examples of the University of the South Pacific and The University of the West Indies (UWI) demonstrate. The vision of collaboration is seen as one that could inform the development of distance education in small countries
