Abstract
This article deals mainly with the challenges of educational reform in the microstates of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS)--Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines--and the strategies that might be used to deal with them. The first section establishes the rationale for reform; the second analyses reform projects; and the third section suggests a number of strategies for coping with change
