Abstract
This article on educational financing in Barbados describes the application of cost-benefit analysis in educational planning. It deals with a project for expanding team teacher training and corresponding educational expenditures and describes educational systems and mathematical models for projecting marginal educational costs. A technical description of a simulation model is provided
