dc.description
This study employed participant methodology to assess and analyse the training needs of adult education practitioners. The report presents a profile of the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed by such practitioners. It also notes the lack of a policy on training and a training model where practitioners identify the knowledge and skills they require, and organizers of training programmes use their self-assessment to organize programmes tailored to the needs of the practitioners
