dc.description.abstractThis case study reports on the results of a literacy survey conducted in the Netherlands Antilles, which covered only those organizations involved with literacy education for adults. The selected organizations provided statistical information and their goals for literacy and non-formal education. In addition, documentary research was conducted using policy documents, annual reports, and documentation on adult education.en_US
