The CAFRA News, a quarterly publication, is the Newsletter of the Association for Feminist Research and Action(CAFRA). The first issue of CAFRA News was produced in March 1987. In the first issue of the newsletter, Joan French is credited with collecting the materials, editing and creating the final mock-up. The editorial committee at the time was Rawida Baksh-Soodeen, Tina Johnson, Cathy Shepherd and Stephanie Pile.
