A move by Caribbean countries to establish a regional justice protection programme is viewed as a priority by Trinidad and Tobago Attorney General Ramesh Lawrence Maharaj. Maharaj is seeking to implement a domestic legal framework which would assist regional states in accommodating witnesses and judicial officers in the justice system.
