Abstract
This is a report on the operations of the Students' Revolving Loan Fund. The purpose of the Fund is to enable loans to be made to deserving nationals of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago desirous of pursuing prescribed courses of study at tertiary/technical institutions, in areas which have been identified as those in which the country needs trained manpower.
