Commonwealth Student Flows in an International Perspective: Update and Model for Future Monitoring

Abstract

This looks at the large rise in charges to overseas students in several member countries which prompted the Eighth Commonwealth Education Conference in 1980 to recommend the organisation of a consultative group to examine how student mobility among member countries could be fostered and maintained.
