Abstract

This publication contains some of the papers presented at the seminar, which addressed several major issues, including funding models in higher education, traditional and entrepreneurial approaches and models in sourcing funds for higher education, quality assurance and return on investment, education for free of fee, and cost-cutting and workload policies.
