Cuban President Fidel Castro ends a controversial four-day visit to France. The US House of Representatives began discussions on a proposal to pressure other nations to support the American embargo against Cuba. The Commonwealth Secretary-General, Chief Emeka Anyaoku speaks on the role of Britain in the European Union and the Commonwealth after questions of British loyalties were raised.en_US
