People in the crowd were grumbling that this year's competition was, without a doubt, the 'most boring' and 'worst disaster' they have ever witnessed. Panmen blamed the Carnival Development Committee (CDC) for mishandling a job that should have been undertaken by Pan Trinbago.en_US
