The Inservice Diploma in Education Programme: Conference for Principals held on November 2, 1983: Report

Abstract

The main purpose of this conference was to discuss ways in which principals and staff of secondary schools could become involved in the In-service Diploma Programme. This report summarizes the deliberations at the conference under the following headings: 1) Some problems facing secondary education in Trinidad and Tobago; 2) The In-Service Diploma Course: Its nature and purpose; and 3) Problems created for students by the course and some proposed solutions
