Abstract
This report focuses attention on the workshop on Social Legislation as it affects the child and family in St. Lucia. The objectives of the workshop were: 1. To examine existing social legislation and determine how they discriminate against children and the family. 2. To recommend modernization and enactment of new legislation where necessary.
