dc.description
This report evaluates the extent and degree of the benefits derived from the training of public servants in terms of relevance and usefulness. It concludes that in spite of the problems, the training programmes during the period under review succeeded in upgrading standards and in providing much needed, well-trained personnel in specific areas. Areas of concern, however, include work attitudes, qualifications, facilities and promotion. For each of these problems, specific recommendations are made. A copy of the survey questionnaire used for the study is included
