dc.description
In this study, five measures of creativity (word associations, unusual uses, circles, fables, and remote associates) were administered to 101 male and 219 female Jamaican 16-year-olds. Analysis indicated a significant sex difference in creative performance only on the measure of remote associates (girls had superior performance). Overall results confirmed the better performance by girls on verbal measures of creativity previously reported
