dc.description.abstractThis report presents background information on the education and training sub-sector and examines general and specific proposals for its development. Apparent deficiencies, as well as areas or resource wastage are identified, and short- and long-term needs are evaluated. Some attention is given to the education and training needs of private agriculture, forestry and fisheries, and recommendations are made for the structuring of career opportunities for all levels of technical staff.
