dc.description.abstractThe Basic Education Reform Project has the overall objective of accelerating human resource development to ensure the development of the requisite manpower to attain the desired economic transition in Grenada. The project is intended to: 1) one strengthen management in the education sector as well as educational planning and central planning, particularly in the social sectors; 2) improve the quality of basic education; and 3) expand access to secondary education and rehabilitate primary and secondary school facilities.en_US
