This was refuted by Chief Minister, Emile Gumbs. The withdrawal of the 50,000 Cuban troops in Angola is continuing with the second batch of soldiers to return to Cuba today. Ricardo Alarcon, the Cuban Deputy Foreign Minister who played a key role in the agreement for the troops withdrawal spoke on how Cuba is going to integrate the soldiers into Cuban society.
