Abstract
Ronald Webster, leader of the Anguilla United Party criticized the ministers of the government of working only for fame and money. This was refuted by Chief Minister, Emile Gumbs. The withdrawal of the 50,000 Cuban troops in Angola is continuing with the second batch of soldiers to return to Cuba today. Ricardo Alarcon, the Cuban Deputy Foreign Minister who played a key role in the agreement for the troops withdrawal spoke on how Cuba is going to integrate the soldiers into Cuban society. The Canadian Federal Government's Royal Commission of Enquiry into Drug Use in Amateur Sports began in Toronto today. The enquiry was set up after sprinter, Ben Johnson was disqualified at the Seoul Olympics for anabolic steroids.
