Proposals for CATVET's Contribution to a 10-Year Educational Plan for Trinidad and Tobago

Abstract

The submissions in these proposals focus on technical and vocational education and training (TVET) but are not limited to this area, since new trends which tend to blur traditional boundaries between academic and TVET studies, have been taken into account. The areas for which proposals are advanced include: curriculum, management, examinations and certification, indiscipline in schools, dealing with technology and TVET, teacher training, improving the quality of education, and the goals of education.
