This report deals with training in the public service of Trinidad and Tobago with emphasis on the Central Training Unit as the body for conducting the training. It is presented in four parts, which include a summary of the complete report, questions of policy, and broad issues affecting all levels of structure needed to implement the training strategy, and an organizationally sound plan of operations
