Dr. Cheddi Jagan discusses his future in the politics of Guyana. After talks between the Secretary of State, Medeleine Albright and ECU officials, American officials say that the EU’s dispute with Washington over Helms-Burton may not have to go before the World Trade Organisation. In this segment, United Kingdom Business, a London based company is the latest to express scepticism about a compromise between the European Union and the United States. Questions were raised about the company’s investment in Cuba. Could it be redefined as passive investors to circumvent Helms-Burton. Next, the level of the volcano alert in Montserrat has been reduced and scientists are being cautious with their findings. In the final segment, hundreds of business men and celebrities from around the world have been invited by the Cuban government to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Fidel Castro’s favourite cigar.en_US
