In this report, Bahamian’s vent their feeling on the eve of general elections and talk show host, Wendell Jones discusses a recently held polls and some of the election issues on the island. Next, the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago and Grenada are talking about a trade pack which could link their countries. In the following, a proposed six hundred million EC dollars tourism project, the Asian Village in Antigua, is running into opposition from the island’s environmental awareness group and other organisations. Its proposed location is the last bastion of Antigua and Barbuda’s environmental legacy and is worth preserving. Next, Walmart, an American chainstore, operating in Canada found itself in violation of American embargo legislation by selling Cuban manufactured pyjamas in its store in Canada. In the final segment, following a month long spate of violence where scores of people have been killed in Haiti, questions are being asked about President Renee Preval’s grip on the country.en_US
