This handbook, which is presented as a working document, sets out how the Inspectorate intends to fulfill that responsibility. The handbook is in three parts: Part I consists of the context and nature of inspection; it sets out the principles on which inspections will be based and the schedules to be followed; Part II details the inspection programme: criteria and guidance; and Part III provides details on the format of inspection reports, both oral and written. | en_US |
