dc.description
This plan gives the social goals of education, and shows how the problems in the educational system gave rise to the thrust towards provision of equal educational opportunity for all members of the society. Provisions for quality education at all levels of the educational system are described. These include introduction of basic and infant schools, redevelopment of existing early childhood curricula, modification of existing curricula at the primary level, improvements in teacher training, and the implementation of a productive work programme in all secondary schools. Strategies and activities for the management of the education system are presented, as well as a quantitative analysis of the education system, demographic enrolment forecasts, and strategies for quantitative development
