dc.description.abstractThis strategy is intended to provide a framework, identify processes, and propose systems for developing technical and vocational educational training (TVET) within each member state of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and throughout the region. It focusses on the processes or systems required within each country and at the regional level, which when in operation, would enable the appropriate minute decisions and actions to be identified, as well as a more systematic approach to further development of TVET. The strategy is presented in 11 sections. Section 1 discusses the prerequisites for TVET, while sections 2-10 deal with specific aspects of TVET, and section 11 with implementation.en_US
