Abstract
This mission report presents an evaluation of two seminars for preprimary teacher training in Barbados. It contains critical observations and recommendations concerning both the seminar for infant classes and nursery schools and the seminar for day nursery aides. The need to provide inservice teacher training for teacher educators is stressed
