dc.description.abstractThis report documents the approach and style of supervision of a university adult educator who, in seeking to meet the adult education needs of a rural community, created a model for adult education that is being disseminated to other parts of the country. It also analyses the elements of the supervisory style that contributed to its success, and identifies those aspects of the style that can be applied to other university education programmes.
