Bertram Niles reports on this so called gambling mania. Barbadians have their say on their country's ever growing lottery scene. Guyanese Raj Persaud, a leading psychiatrist in Britain comments on why people keep playing the lottery. General-Secretary of the Caribbean Conference of Churches, Edward Cumberbatch protests the explosion of gambling throughout the Caribbean. Mike Jarvis reports on the way the Dutch Antilles has regulated its lottery industry. Britain's national lottery which recently began, is both profitable and popular.
