This summary of agencies and organizations engaged in rural and community development in Tobago was conducted on the behalf of the CNIRD as a part of a regional exercise aimed at determining the state of rural development within the Caribbean region. It is to be noted that this report is supplemental to the Trinidad Report prepared in January 1989.
