dc.description
This study sought to examine the relationship between a programme of technical education and political realities in Belize. It described the organization and functioning of the Belize Technical College, against the background of a discussion of the country's geography, history, and ethnic characteristics, with particular attention being given to the reasons for the form it took. It also evaluated the accomplishments of the college and assessed its role in Belize' economic life
