Carnegie Project in School Organisation

Abstract

This paper is primarily concerned with the operation of the Carnegie Project in Trinidad. It 1) analyses the Caribbean Plan, 2) describes the research design and procedures, 3) describes the servicing of the project, 4) provides a tentative evaluation, and examines the implications of the project. A brief description of the implementation of the project in Grenada is included.
