dc.description
This article examines an underexposed area of the operations of The University of the West Indies (UWI), namely, the services offered to the non-campus territories. It is suggested that these outreach programmes need to be evaluated and upgraded to form a comprehensive package of distance education programmes, which will allow the non-campus territories to access similar programmes to those offered to the campus territories
