Abstract
This article identifies the sources of funds available to students in the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) for higher education, as well as steps to be taken to increase funding in order to facilitate access to higher education and training for citizens of the countries of the region whose governments also contribute to The University of the West Indies (UWI)
