dc.description.abstractThis paper attempts to review the role played by networks in the dissemination and exchange of educational information by focusing briefly on some of the networks operating in Latin America. It discusses the work of the Caribbean Network of Educational Innovations for Development (CARNEID) and its importance for small states in the Caribbean.
