Abstract

This report is presented in six sections: Section 1 consists of the introduction and the major outputs of the Assembly, Section 2 reports on the opening ceremony, Section 3 provides a history of CARCAE, Section 4 contains the leading presentations. Section 5 presents the country reports/national consultations, Section 6 reports from the special interests groups, and Section 7 provides details of the General Meeting.
