Report on an evaluation study: The national literacy programme & pilot project St. Lucia

Abstract

The objectives of this report were to: 1) trace and examine the characteristics of the process of project development, 2) assess and compare performance operations within the project in relation to targeting objectives and scheduled activities, 3) determine the interim overall impact of the project at learner, facilitator, and participating agency levels, and 4) provide guidelines for mid-course adjustment and long-term planning.
