The Pagoda, a fortnightly magazine published in Kingston, Jamaica, during the mid-20th century, explored a variety of topics such as Caribbean culture, society, and regional issues. It also served as a platform for scholarly insights into East Asian cultures, histories, societies, languages, and literatures, featuring articles, reviews, and essays that enriched academic discourse on countries like China, Japan, Korea, and other parts of East Asia.
