LACCIR - Traditionally Underserved Communities

In certain communities, the use of ICT has traditionally been limited/restricted due to physical, financial or geographical constraints. Opportunities may exist for stimulating Social and Economic development through targeted introduction, and/or re-purposing of existing, ICT infrastructure and applications.

This collection contains projects and publications related to the evaluation and adaption of ICT practice and equipment in the context of regional needs and resources.
