Marzicans Steel Orchestra, a small unsponsored Arima steelband, will seek assistance from the Prime Minister Dr. Eric Williams, as their hope for participating in Panorama 1973 has been shattered. Two weeks ago, while they were practicing, a man rushed into the panyard brandishing a cutlass and dealt several chops to the 65 pans, destroying the precious equipment.
