Pan Trinbago president Patrick Arnold said “we have no problem with hosting the pan finals in South”. In agreeing with the idea, Arnold said Skinner Park is as good as any venue in Port of Spain. The proposal was first made to San Fernando Mayor Kenneth Ferguson by the head of the San Fernando Carnival Committee Alderman Junia Regrello.en_US
