Abstract
The postcard offers a view of the Caura River. It is said that Caura is an adaptation of the Arawak word 'Caura' that meant heavily wooded valley. It is a valley that lies along the Northern Range, five miles north of Tacarigua, accessed from the Eastern Main Road via the Caura Royal Road.(Outdoor Business Group Ltd., 2006)
