dc.description.abstractPan Trinbago took a decision to stage Panorama despite the fact that two of their shows have been cancelled and money owed to bands by the organisation will not be paid. Vice president Arnim Smith explained that the zonal preliminaries have been cancelled because the North Stand is still under construction and will not be ready in time.en_US
