dc.description.abstract Ministry wires US $300 to each UWI student. Minister of Communications Donna Cox mentions that the Ministry of Finance has wired grants to the University of the West Indies campuses at Mona and Cave Hill. These are valued at US $300 or TT $2000.00 for food supplies for each of the 184 T&T UWI students in those countries who are not on scholarship. The Campus bursars are in the process of contacted each student so that the money can be wired to each of their accounts.
