Abstract
Steelbandsmen, through their association, Pan Trinbago, have accused the Government of discriminating against them in the distribution of National Awards. Pan Trinbago's President, Mr. Roy Augustus noted in his opening speech at the National Consultation on the Steelband, that the nation's highest award - the Trinity Cross - was yet to be awarded to a panman.
