Antigua and Barbuda’s Foreign Minister, Lester Bird said that the region needs to take a more active role in providing its own insurance cover. The multinational company wanted the Court to declare the new banana regime null and void. The Court also ruled that some banana operators could be eligible for compensation if the new banana regime causes them to suffer a commercial loss (10:07-10:44)en_US
