Abstract

A view of the Governor's Residence from across the well kept Botanic Garden with a variety of tropical flora, the top most branches of a giant Samaan tree can be seen just to the left of the building. This residence to the Governors of Trinidad and Tobago was designated "The President's House" when Trinidad and Tobago became a republic in 1976.
