dc.description.abstract | The postcard shows the flag of the British Empire, also printed on the postcard is the motto that was found on the Trinidad and Tobago's flag while the country was still a British colony. The words are the Latin words "Miscerique probat populus et foedera Jungi" which means "It is proven to the peoples and bond mix them in unity." The card is dated 1917 and is addressed to Mrs. Thomas of Tobago. | en_US |
